This policy explains what information Ndrea Labs, LLC, doing business as Stinky Winker (“we,” “us”), collects through StinkyWinker.com and how we use it. The short version: we collect only what you choose to give us, we use it to stay in touch with you, and we never sell it.

What we collect

Information you give us

• Email sign-ups: your email address, when you join our mailing list or ask to be notified when the shop opens.
• Messages: your name, email address, and message, when you use our contact form.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our hosting provider automatically processes basic technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages you request — to deliver the site and keep it secure. Our pages also load fonts from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when the page loads.

We don’t currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes, we’ll update this policy.

How we use it

• To send you the launch notice, product news, or newsletters you signed up for.
• To reply to your messages and questions.
• To run, secure, and improve the site.
• To meet legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We don’t sell or rent your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising. We share it only with:

• Service providers that help us run the site and contact you — currently our website host and form provider (Netlify), plus any email service we use to send newsletters. They may use your information only to provide their services to us.
• Legal and safety reasons, when required by law or needed to protect our rights or the safety of others.
• A future owner, if our business is sold or reorganized, subject to this policy.

How long we keep it

We keep your email address until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete it. We keep messages for as long as needed to respond and keep reasonable records.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe anytime using the link in any email we send.
• Access, correct, or delete your information by emailing hello@stinkywinker.com or using the contact form.

Children

This site isn’t directed to children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we’ll delete it.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

Where your information is processed

We’re based in the United States, and your information is processed in the U.S.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top shows when it last changed.
